Excellant country fried steak. Nice people and very homey. Loved it.
Excited for an amazing breakfast after backpacking but recently closed
Very good breakfast, definitely hit the spot, good proportion and a good price, very easy menu with different varieties of food from breakfast to a yummy delicious burger for lunch, i recommend you to try it!!!
Food is good, friendly service. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Always eat there when in Willcox
Small town cafe good food.
Classic small town dinner. Excellent meatloaf, and other comfort foods. Very friendly staff.
Nice place, good food and kind people all around
Burnt pancackes that took 25 minutes to serve after ordering. Needed a steak knife to cut those bad boys up.
Stopped here for breakfast. Casual and eccentric place with nice wait staff. Free WiFi was an unexpected plus. Food was decent.
Friendly little small town diner. We had breakfast here and it was pretty good.
The owner is very nice and is willing to help you get what you want if it's not exactly on the menus. I recommend the chicken and dumplings.
We had such a nice time eating breakfast here. The food was good and the portions were more than we could eat. The staff is a happy bunch and our waitress was adorable. Comfortable, not fancy, and comes complete with a ghost called "Peter".
Always great service and good food.
My family of 4 were driving through Wilcox on way back to Tucson. We were driving through looking for a bite to eat when we stumbled across Gma D’s cafe. When we entered the small town resteraunt, we looked at the decor. Just ewwww, There were flags strewn all across the walls the chairs were fold up chairs and the interior was just straight out random. When we entered one of the waiter came screeching across the room and yelled “JUST SIT WHEREVER YOUD LIKE” so we sat down. Next we looked around at the people who were staring into space. At one table a waitress was hootin and hollerin to the people. The other two waitress were stocking straws in the back. We sat there for ten awkward minutes which felt like an hour. We just left starving.
Good place to eat. Friendly staff.
Great service and even Greater food!
Good eats. Good service. Only place in Willcox to get a good breakfast.
Let me tell you my horrible experience at GMa Ds ehh cafe. we were coming from a camping trip it was fun but rained. we went in and waited about 30 seconds and a waitress screamed across the room “just sit where ever you want”. the decor was a hot mess with every thing scattered all over the place. just so you know this is like the only resteraunt in Wilcox. we were there at breckfast and it wasn’t the . busiest their were people scattered all over the place starring into space the wilaitresses were stocking straws and on their phone and ignored us.we never got menus and waited about ten minutes. they seemed so desperate that they were selling t shirts for 20$ dollars and they had books at the table that had a sticker at the cover that said you can purchase books at cashier. like they are desperate. so we just flat out left and no one greeted us and we were out so yeah it was horrible that’s it
Quaint old fashioned restaurant with a reasonably large selection of food options.
Good home-style cooking & great service at a fair price. Only drawback is they are only open for breakfast & lunch, and closed on Sunday & Monday.
Great simple food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Good food and friendly staff, G-Ma D is always great!
Not fancy but clean and good food not so bad service
Great small town atmosphere. Family run
Food was really good but its only open in the day time...the girls were wonderful...
This place is amazing. It’s definitely a throw back to a better time. Staff is always amazing and friendly. I’m disappointed that I’m only able to come by once a month and wish I lived closer. Needless to say you’ll be satisfied by not only the great staff but the quality of the food. Thank you guys for being such a great stop for me.
Best. Burrito. Ever! Fresh and hot, cooked on the spot, and the staff is lovely, as well. 🤗💮✌️
Great food good atmosphere
Best Food in Town. Came here after we blew an engine, and thank God we did. Best double-cheeseburger i have had in awhile, nice homecooked diner taste. The sides were pretty good too, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helped us out with finding a new vehicle. If you're passing through, I highly suggest yoi stop by.
Healthy portions, delicious cinnamon rolls, nice staff, very casual and welcoming.
Delightful staff, delicious food, ample portions, this place has a hodge podge rustic feel that is well worth getting off the highway to experience. Beware, you can very easily order way more food than you can eat, but its so good you'll try!
Great homemade food, great friendly staff!!
Decent place. Very good French toast. Definitely a small town cafe feel with sincere greetings to all the local regulars. Clean bathroom. It's worth a stop.
Its okay for a long breakfast. Service is lacking. Good value price wise. Good coffee.
I love Mexican food, but was looking for a traditional American breakfast. Had a great one here today. Hashbrowns, eggs, toast and bacon.
Great food you will not go home hungry .love it.
Hot turkey and mashed potatoes are awesome😋
I was a little put-off by the notice on the front door explaining a hike in prices due to a raise in both minimum wage and rising food costs, especially considering the likelihood that the food costs were more likely to cause the increase instead of the political statement regarding minimum wage. Regardless, we decided to try it. I really wish I could make some sort of assessment on the food here, but after waiting for an hour without being checked on at all (I'd long since drained my water), we had to flag down another waitress (ours was MIA). At this point we learned that, not only were we forgotten about, our food order had disappeared into the void. Being far too hungry and exceedingly annoyed, we paid for the one cup of coffee and left. It's really a shame because I love small town places like this, but it was really just a waste of time.
Excellent food , hometown service , not a fast food dive ! Downtown location , short walk to Park ! 😊🇺🇸
Have loved GMa D since she was in the Roach Coach over by Buddy-Z, good food.
This one server was trying to flirt with my man but the food and service was good.
Excellent homestyle place to eat. Highly recommend. All around, great!
Had to stop off for lunch on my way back to Tucson, the food was great the decor was odd, you can see the kitchen from dinning area and to use the bathroom you walk past the kitchen and utility closet.
We waited for about an hour and the service was very bad.Four clients came after us and they got their order first.I don't doubt they did it on purpose.
The food was delicious and the waitress was just the right amount of helpful without being too in your face.
Great food nice service. What else is there to say besides they had some of the best French toast I've had in awhile
Horrible! We walked in for lunch on a Friday. There were 3 or 4 tables already seated and eating. No one greeted us so after waiting awhile we picked up two menus and sat down. We were seated for over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. There were 3 waitstaff hovering by the (open) kitchen, but they just chatted to each other. There were still christmas decorations up, a snowman rug, feeble basket of holly, etc. THIS IS JULY!!!! The place was messy and worn out.We left and went to the BBQ place in the train car. Good choice!
Great service in a local hangout. Good hamburger.
Great food awesome downtown feel!!..
The ladies who run the cafe are friendly and efficient. They run the place with charm and a ready smile. And the food is quite good.
